Please review the exam title, pattern and price before payment. Because access to digital test content is activated immediately, completed or accessed purchases are normally not refundable.
Eligible cases
Contact us within 7 days if you were charged twice, payment succeeded but access was not activated, or a verified technical fault prevented use of the purchased test. After checking payment and attempt records, StartExam may restore access or approve an appropriate refund. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply.
